Brookside was founded by two FP&A and decision-support practitioners with a combined 20 years building financial models, forecasts, and reporting for growing companies across industries from retail to healthcare. We've worked inside finance teams, built the systems CFOs and operational leaders rely on, and seen firsthand what breaks when growing companies don't have the right analytical support in place.
We started Brookside because too many companies are stuck choosing between an expensive full-time hire they're not ready for, an unqualified analyst, or no dedicated financial analysis at all.
